From once believing she’d never own a home as a single mom, Emma has gone on to build three businesses from her family’s home with her husband: an online consulting company, a real estate investment portfolio, and a construction company.

With a background in operations, marketing, and business development, Emma brings a rare blend of strategy and storytelling to real estate. She’s worked alongside top marketing experts, giving her the expertise to maximize exposure for every listing. As the founder of ELF Operations, she has negotiated hundreds of thousands of dollars in business deals, proving her ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations with confidence.

Her journey into real estate began hands-on—flipping houses and building a rental portfolio alongside her husband. She understands the real numbers behind a deal, from ROI to operational efficiency, because she’s lived it.
